At La Bijoraa, we take great care in ensuring that your jewellery reaches you safely, securely, and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our order handling, dispatch, and delivery process.
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
Orders from remote or non-serviceable PIN codes may take longer to reach or, in rare cases, may need to be cancelled if delivery is not possible.
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch.
Orders typically take 24–48 working hours to process and package.
During festivals, sales, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed in such cases.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment.
After packaging, your order will be shipped and delivered within 7–10 working days.
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner’s serviceability.
Orders destined for metro cities may reach earlier, while those in remote areas may take longer.
Please note that delays caused by courier issues, public holidays, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Free shipping is available on prepaid orders above a certain value (Over ₹999).
Orders below the free-shipping threshold may attract a small delivery fee displayed at checkout.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional handling fee of ₹50.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking ID and courier details.
You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.

The courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, reshipping can be arranged upon payment of the additional shipping cost.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos.
La Bijoraa is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received; however, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier service.
In case of delay, we appreciate your patience and will do our best to track and expedite your shipment.
Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
